Types of Refunds/Returns

  • Physical Goods/Products: By notifying us and with the refund/return process started within 14 days of receiving your order delivery.
  • Services: Prorated for any Service fees already paid. Yearly plans only.
  • Subscriptions: applies to yearly plans only and will be paid on a prorated basis.

For B2B Marketplace
  • All returns must be dealt with your Vendor/Store/Seller end.
  • All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date and are to be dealt with between you, the customer and the Store aka Seller.
  • The resolution period is maximum 45 days. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Domain registrations and Domain-related products are non-refundable.
Seller Plan Subscriptions
  • Monthly subscription cancellations cancel the next month’s billing cycle for the plan.
  • Yearly subscription cancellations cancel on a fully pro-rated basis for remaining term of the plan.
  • Seller/Store/Vendor subscriptions paid with Crypto(currencies) are non-refundable, due to complexities of gas fees and other transaction fees that are variable.
Seller Payouts
  • We withhold all Seller payouts without exception for at least 60 days to allow any returns and refunds to process in our system .
  • To return an item, please access the Refund/Return section of our Store or any Marketplace Seller Stores. It's very easy and we DO NOT ever give you the runaround.
  • We value you as a patron and will make the process very easy for you at all times with solid Support answers in maximum 4 hours as part of our published SLA and policies.
  • Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
  • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Seller/Store/Vendor will process your return or exchange.
  • Please allow at least seven (7-20) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
  • Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles (no more than 10 days) to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
  • We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • You must return to the particular Seller store you bought your item(s) from.
