All code data uploaded to our servers is subject to a 7-day retention policy and is automatically deleted after this period.
We do not use, share, store, or train on your code data beyond what is necessary to provide our services.
Lisaiceland [and all its Brands e.g. Shopzyte] (aka “Lisaiceland”) recognizes that its customers' code is their proprietary intellectual property, which could cause significant harm to their business if made public or shared with unauthorized parties.
Accordingly, this Code Policy sets forth the steps taken by Lisaiceland to safeguard the confidentiality of the code that is sent to Lisaiceland servers in the course of using Lisaiceland's products and services (the “Code Data”).
This policy refers specifically to the code that is uploaded to Lisaiceland servers by official Lisaiceland editor extensions. Other user data, including but not limited to customer emails, phone numbers, IP addresses, analytics data relating to use of the Lisaiceland website, or general metadata collected about customers’ usage and traffic patterns, is governed by the Privacy Policy, not the Code Policy.
If you use Lisaiceland AI or any of our Chat products, the code you upload will be sent to a third-party model provider such as Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic based on the model you select. The handling of your data by model providers is subject to their own policies, which may change at any time. We are not responsible for anything a third-party model provider may do with your data.
Lisaiceland cannot take responsibility for third-party software, even if it uses the Lisaiceland name or is compatible with the Lisaiceland API.
For the Code Policy to apply, the extension used to access the Lisaiceland service must be linked from Lisaiceland's official websites, domains, subdomains and any related sites.
All Code Data is subject to a 7-day retention policy. Any Code Data that is uploaded to Lisaiceland servers will be deleted from Lisaiceland's internal systems within 7 days of the time of upload.
Lisaiceland does not use Code Data to develop its products and services.
Lisaiceland does not share Code Data with any third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide its products and services. For example, Lisaiceland's internal systems run on AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean and others, and Code Data is stored using systems managed by these third parties. A list of all third party infrastructure providers who may have the ability to access Code Data is available in our Subprocessors section.
Lisaiceland reserves the right to modify this Code Policy at any time.
If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
